What is Digest Manager? Digest Manager -- or D-Man -- is a Windows-based application designed to process list server digest files back into their original message format.

But D-Man is much more than that.

Digest Manager is:

	Flexible: Many different digest formats may be defined; each digest keeps its messages within itself as they are processed.
	Powerful: All messages, once processed, are stored in a database, which allows for many different types of searches. And messages may be organized -- at the user's discretion -- into folders.
	Customizable: Messages may be read through D-Man, or they may be printed at the user's discretion, in any font installed on the user's system.
	Fast: Depending upon the processor in the user's computer, D-Man processes through a digest several hundred thousand bytes long in moments. And it displays its progress as it goes, so the user always knows what is happening.
	Easy to Use: D-Man utilizes familiar Windows controls, such as menus, trees, context-sensitive help, and resizeable controls to let the user control how D-Man looks and acts.

The current version of Digest Manager is 1.02.0017. The version placed on the website currently has a database that has been pre-customized to work with the Halloween-L digest format.

To install Digest Manager, simply unzip the DMSetup.zip file that is downloaded, then run the Setup.EXE program.
