Indiana Picnic: In July, 1997, we gathered in Indianapolis with some friends, both on and off the list, to celebrate our Chessie's first "birthday" with us.

Tucson Picnic: October, 1997, found us flying to Phoenix to attend a wedding.  But what trip to Arizona would be complete without a get-together with some of the wonderful Kees folk in the Tucson area?

Missouri 12 Rescue: As we all know, puppy mills are one of the banes of our work.  In March, 1998, we learned that twelve puppies, eight from one litter, four from another, had been dumped in Missouri and were in need of immediate rescue.  Here's part of their story....

Keeshond National Show 2000:  Well, this is the one, folks.  The Big Kahuna.  THE show.  People from all over the country -- from other countries, too! -- gathered to meet and show their Kees.  A sea of grey fur!  And we were there....

Keeshond Picnic 2001:   For the second year in a row, we've invited one and all to come to our house for a Keeshond Picnic.  No, we're not EATING the Keesies (well, except for a little fur now and then!); we're getting together, having fun, letting all our dogs play, and, of course, eating.  Check out the link for some photos.

2004 Basset Waddle:   We attended our first Arizona Basset Waddle that was held in conjunction with the Phoenix St. Patrick's Day Parade. The day was beautiful, those who walked in the Waddle had a lot of fun, and, as a group, we raised over $10,000 for Arizona Basset Rescue!
